Transportation from Epcot to HS?

What's the quickest way from Epcot WS to Hollywood Studios? Is it the boat...about how long does it take?

Is there also a bus that goes directly from Epcot to HS?

What about going from HS back to Epcot?

I believe there are buses that go from park to park. I think there is also a boat that goes between Epcot and the studios

The quickest way from World Showcase to HS is to walk. The walk is faster than the boat as it makes four stops.

There is a bus from the main entrance of Epcot to HS and back.

If you are up front in Future World and heading to DHS, it's probably fastest to exit at the front gates and take the bus to Epcot. If you are back in the right half of World Showcase (Japan, Morocco, France, UK or Canada) it's fastest to exit at the International Gateway and either walk or take the boat to DHS. If the boat is just leaving or there's no boat in sight, it's almost certainly going to be faster to walk. If you are in one of the countries around the other side of WS from the IG, you're about equally far from either one of the park exits and it's basically just your preference (boat/walk vs. bus) as to what will be the "best" option for getting from Epcot to DHS.

As already posted...if you're in Futureworld, I would head out the front entrance and take a bus to DHS. But, if in WS, I would either walk or take the boat.
The difference in the boat time and the walking time is this...if there is a boat there and you can hop right on, then go with the boat. It will take about25-30 mins to get to DHS from the Intl Gateway because of the stops at BW, YC/BC and the S/D.
If you walk it will take you about 25 mins..at a relaxed pace. I've made it in 18 mins but I was really moving..more like racewalking!!! If I leave BW at the same time as the boat, I get to the Gateway just as the boat is unloading passengers there. It's a pretty similar time. But, if you have to wait for the boat to arrive, allow passengers to get off, then start loading, you may have an addtl 20+ min wait.
