Transportation from DL to USH--Uber/lyft or shuttle service

Any recommendations? Trying to figure out if I should schedule a car service or if my husband and I should just do an uber or lyft to get from Disneyland to Universal Studios Hollywood on Sunday, Sept 19th. Any advice or things to check out would be super helpful!

GetAwayToday offers a voucher for a private shuttle by Karmel shuttle between DLR area and Universal. Not sure how it would compare with Uber/Lyft-- it really depends on day/time and whether there's ridiculous surge pricing. They have a good voucher for DLR to SNA that I picked up for our trip next month. I've heard mostly good things about their service. They're a lot less expensive than Lansky, for sure!
