Transportation from Amtrak to WDW

My parents are taking Amtrak to Orlando. Need transportation from train station to The Grand Floridian.

Any good car service recommendations that service the train station?

We just returned from our first trip via Amtrak. If they are arriving at Orlando (rather than Kissimmee), there are 2 rental car options: Enterprise has a location that will pick you up @ train station; Hertz actually brings the car to you. Hertz was a tiny bit more, and neither were much more than round trip car service. I don't know what the car rental options at Kissimmee are.
