Transportation for Keys to the Kingdom

Is the bus transportation to MK for the Keys to the Kingdom the same transportation that is used for the character breakfast. Do they use the regular Disney transit buses or do they use shuttle vans? We are staying at Pop Century. Does the buses go directly to MK or will it make stops at other parks to drop off other guest with character breakfast at other parks. Just trying to figure if more time is required for transportation in the early AM before the parks officially open

The bus should take you directly from PC to the MK. It is a bus, and I don't think PC shares with anyone.

Are character breakfast and early morning buses wheelchair and ECV accessible

All Disney buses have lifts or ramps, and can accomodate 2 wheelchairs.
