transportation during Evening EMH?

If I go to MK for evening EMH, but don't want to stay for the whole thing, how often is there transportation back to the resorts? I'm afraid of getting stuck there. EMH is 8:00-11:00 while I'm there, but I probably will be ready to turn into a pumpkin by 10:00 or so. But I'm afraid of standing out at the bus stop for another hour, waiting to get back! Do buses come as often as during the day, or once EMH starts, are you basically there until the end?

We stayed at AS Mo on our last trip and didn't stay till the end of EMH some days. We had no problem getting a bus back. Think we waited maybe 10 minutes at the most.

I think the busses come as frequently, but because you are tired and everyone else is leaving at the same time, there just don't seem to be as many of them after EMH. I think this past trip (from POP, mind you), we waited 30 after MK EMH, and 1 1/2 hours after Epcot EMH!
Now we did notice that the lines for most of the other resorts were very much shorter...if that helps you at all.

You can leave whenever you want...in fact, if you leave at 10:00 you may find your wait for a bus is much shorter than if you stay until 11:00!!! I try not to wait until the end of EMH to leave the park..way too many people leaving at the same time.
