Transportation dilemna

We werent able to secure a reservation for our first night, so our staying at the Holiday Inn Express on a Saturday, then transferring to OKW for Sun-Wed. Our plan is to do Magic Kingdom on Sunday, arriving in time for the opening show & rope drop. Would we be better off 1) driving from Holiday inn to TTC & then taking monorail to MK or 2) driving from Holiday Inn to OKW, checking in/getting KTW and taking Disney transportation directly to MK?

If you already have tickets in hand, check out and head to MK first. Then take a mid-day break and go to OKW and check in.

If your tickets are part of your stay then I think you would need to go to OKW first before MK.
