Transportation b/w hotels

If we are staying at the POP can we get a bus to another hotel?

Two buses. You need to transfer at a park or (late a night) at Downtown Disney.

Unfortunately no, there are no buses that run from hotel to hotel.

As said above you have to take the bus to a park, DTD or to the TTC and transfer to the bus heading to the resort you want to go.

It isn't really a hassle. Sounds like it, but really not.

When we stay at POP we often head to the Poly or WL and we simply take the bus to MK and transfer either to the boat (WL) or the Monorail for the Poly.

There are no resort buses to or from the TTC, FWIW. All of the MK resort buses go to and from the bus depot on the park side of the lagoon across from the TTC.
