Transportation: Airport and SeaWorld

We will more than likely just drive to DLR for our upcoming trip, but I want to investigate all other options with gas costing what it does. I know it would still cost more to fly, by far, but I thought I would look into transportation services and see what the cost difference/convenience ratio is.

We would need trans to and from the airport, as well as to and from SeaWorld. Does anyone have any recommendations of which service to use?

I will also look into car rental, but with us maybe only leaving Anaheim for one day, I don't think it would be cost effective.

I forget which airport you're using?

I've used Super Shuttle from both Ontario aiport and the Orange County airport, and in as much as one can enjoy a driver with a cellphone and texting and filling out forms while driving, I enjoyed the drives. ONT was much more expensive, though (just about took away what I saved by flying into ONT vs SNA).

There's also Grayline's Disneyland Express.

I think Grayline also offers a bus to SeaWorld.

Other than a bus or rental car, the SW option that intrigues me involves the Amtrak Surfliner. However, that requires getting the mile or two to the train station, then getting from the San Diego station to SW, though I believe there's a train/bus option that takes you to the non-train SeaWorld stop (as seen on Amtrak's website). I love the train and I love SW, so for me it's a good combo. However, when we got to SW my brother goes (lives in San Diego), and he just drives us, LOL.

Thanks, bumbershoot! I am looking into those rates. I also spent the afternoon looking up packages, which have never worked out for me, but that is going to be a whole new thread!
