Transportation After Hours?

We are staying at GF and were going to do the after hours tonight at Epcot. Will the Epcot and resort monorail still be running at that hour? Also, for MK after hours, are the boats still running and monorails? TIA

They will always make sure you can get back to your resort, whether that's via monorail, bus, or boat.

The monorail and boats will sometimes be shut down before the park clears. However there are always buses. Disney Transportation will not strand you. Only Disney Springs has a defined time when the buses stop running and that is at 12:30 sharp. Theme park buses operate until every guest has left the parks.
