I am sure there is something on here somewhere, but I need to know the best transportation service to use to pick us up from airport to WL and then to the port and then back to the airport. (An english teacher will love that sentence!!?)

I want to know who not to use as well. I want someone who is timely. I really dont care about a grocery stop. Being on time is my big thing. We have dinner reservations on the first night I dont want to be late for. I also would like to be a little early for the port.

Any help would be appreciated.

"Timely" is a relative term...I guess it would depend on what time your ADR is and where it is. I like to use DME....that will get you to your resort in about 70 mins, your bags will be behind you by about 2-3 hrs after you checkin at your resort. If you take a towncar from MCO, your time isn't going to be all that different. By the time you add in a 20 mins or so wait for your luggage you are almost at the same time that DME takes. But, that's up to you.
As far as getting to the port....we are renting a car, but we are arriving a few days before our cruise so want to driver around and do stuff. You could rent a car for the day, drop it at the rental office, take a shuttle to the ship, then reverse it upon return. Should be much cheaper than a towncar.
Disney does provide a bus shuttle, but it's about $60 pp, r/t, from certain resorts to the port, then back to the airport, but you won't get to port very early. The bus tends to be on the later side...about 1:00 arival from what I understand.
You can book a towncar for about $200 I believe. They will be there when you want, so it's very flexible.

Hello Minnie of Two!!

Last year we used DME to get to Coronado Springs. We used Tiffanys to get from there to Port, back to Country Inn & Suites near Sea World, and then from there to MCO. There service was okay, however I have read many posts that say their service has gone down hill. From CS to Port and back we used a limo and then a Town Car to MCO.

This year we have booked Sunray as they have had lots of great kudos--in addition they have SUV's. If you mention mouse for less you can get an $8 discount.

Last year we used Garden Grocer and had them deliver to our resort.

Thanks for the replies.

Hi PrincessDi !!! I used ME for all transfers last year. It wasnt that I was unhappy with their service at all. I just want to get to port a little early. Last year we didnt have time to do anything before we went to the port so we were just waiting around. I had rather just go on to the port. I kinda figured it may be cheaper to go with a transportation service just for us. I will need at least an SUV. We dont travel light. We will probably have eight suitcases unless I condense down which I dont see happening. I still have a little time to look all my options over. I know in the past I have read some trip reports with bad experiences and I want to try to avoid that.
