I know that you say that you don't want to rent a car, but were you aware that you can rent from National right at the Dolphin and drive right off the lot there? That would be a lot cheaper than Uber. A one day rental should be cheaper than a cab. Otherwise, you can use Uber, a taxi, or a car service. The latter will be pricey as they will probably have to charge you for a round trip. Another option to look into would be to see if there is any sort of mass transit to the Port from the airport. That way, you could take a shuttle to the airport, and then transfer to whatever bus might be headed to the Port. Are you going on a cruise? If so, your cruise line will have transportation from MCO to the Port that you can arrange through the cruise line.
