transport to hotel

Hi everyone

We are flying into Orlando for 2 weeks on the 5th Jan from the UK.

Should we prebook transport to hotel - Holiday Inn IDrive - I don't think they have a shuttle service?

My boss reckons we don't need to, but as we've not been before & have 2 children, not sure which is best.

How much is it likely to be.

If they don't have a shuttle, you could take either a towncar or taxi. Personally, being a compulsive planner, I would opt for pre-booking a towcar...we use Happy Limo for all our trips and book at least a couple of weeks in advance. It's nice to know you have a ride waiting...the driver greets you right in the baggage area and brings the car around for you. I think that a towncar would be cheaper than a taxi, too. But if you do opt for a cab, you should have trouble finding one. They are always waiting at the airport.
