Sailing the Wish in August.. I am planning to do a car service to the port on embarkation day; I'm traveling with my niece and grandchild; we are doing the Epcot after hours event the night before, so we want to sleep in a bit and get some breakfast ( maybe even room service in our jammies), and not have to have bags ready super early. Thinking about a 10 am pickup from the Dolphin. We are sailing consierge, so expecting around 1130 time to board, at least that's what seems to be said online.

On debarkation, my niece has a 1:45 pm flight, I and my granddaughter have a 4pm flight. I was planning on doing the express walk off with consierge and just doing the Disney transport to MCO airport. Express walkout is a 745am ? Does the conseirge lounge have breakfast items that morning? I know no room service. I'd like to avoid the crush at Cabanas and the super early MDR if possible.
With the 1 45 flight, would Disney transport get us there in time, since they dont leave until full, or would I be better off doing a car service again?

Even if you left the port at 9 am you will reach the airport In Orlando in an hour.

So plenty of time. I would pick what is the cheapest option.

The concierge lounge on the Wish does offer breakfast on debarkation morning. The buses to the airport start running as soon as they are full, and you do not need to wait until 9.

If you are doing Disney transfers, be aware that even if you get off of the ship early, you could just be sitting there on the bus waiting for it to fill up. I know the ones that go to the resort won't leave until 9am. I would use private transfers to get to the airport. Also as an FYI, if you use Disney transfers from the resort to the ship, you don't have to have your bags left out. You can just take them with you onto the bus.

DCL recommends flights departing MCO after 11:30am. There should be no problem making a 1:45pm flight unless there is an unusual issue that delays the ship returning to Port Canaveral.

On your debarkation day, I, personally, would not rush to get off the ship. You have plenty of time to get to the airport for a 1:45 pm flight and will just be sitting around the airport for hours. I sailed on the Wish in October in concierge - I had a 10:20 am flight and had a private car pick me up at 8:00 am (carry-on only and TSA pre-check) and made it there in plenty of time. I would consider walking off as late as you possibly can to still get the DCL bus to MCO or just schedule a private car to pick you up around 9:15 am.
