Transport from SFB to Port Canaveral

We’re eyeing some cheap flights on Allegiant Airlines into SFB before a cruise on the Fantasy. Has anyone used Uber before to ride to Port Canaveral?

Our flight doesn’t arrive into SFB until 10 pm so I was thinking it might be better to spent the night near SFB airport and then catch an Uber ride the next morning to the port - might be more Uber drivers up and driving around in the morning. Anyone have experience with this??

I would guess an Uber from Sanford to the port would be in the range of $100. Have you considered renting a car?
