Transport from HR to WDW

Hi guys . Sorry if there is already a thread for this but I couldn't find one....

I know that if you stay in a WDW hotel/resort you have to arrange your own transport to US/IoA, but is the same true if you stay in a Universal hotel? Or do they provide shuttles?
