Transport from Hilton/DS to BWV

We are staying one night at one of the Hilton properties near DS, then transferring to BWV to start our stay.

We are a party of 6, so Uber/Lyft are somewhat of a problem unless we split up. We have a reservation booked with FL Tours for round trip transport from the airport to Hilton, then from BWV to Airport at the end of our trip.

Suggestions for getting from the Hilton by DS to BWV at around 6:30 or 7:00 am on our check-in day? We are wanting to get to BWV early and drop our luggage at bell services before heading to MK as early as possible.

I checked with FL Tours, and the cost is $80+tip for a transfer from the Hilton to BWV. Not completely out of the question, but a little more than I was looking to pay. Am I over thinking Uber/Lyft and worrying that getting two cars that early in the morning will be a hassle? Any other thoughts on how to get the 6 of us plus probably 3 suitcases over to BWV early on a Tuesday morning?

FL Tours (or another private car service) will probably cost similarly to 2 Uber or Lyft XLs, which is what you would need with that many people and so much luggage. I’d go with them.

Thanks, that is kind of what I decided as well. We would definitely need 2 Ubers, so the cost difference would not be that much. Plus I have a like the idea of having the trip booked with a private car service than trying to get two Ubers that early in the morning and dealing with the issues of splitting up.

Agreed. I am 100% for private car service in almost every case. It's always worth it to me to know that you have a specific type of car coming at X time, driven by a professional chauffeur.
