transport from disney to universal

Any ideas for transport (with luggage) form disney AKL to universal resort. We`re thinking of spending a few days at a universal resort mainly to benefit from FOTL. We arrive end of July 2005.

Assuming we haven`t got a car is a taxi the only option (if so any idea of cost?)? or is there a bus service that will accept us and our cases.

When we went from staying onsite at Universal to staying at POR, we used Florida Tours. They did a great job (on-time/helpful). Their website should have the price from Universal to Disney.
