Transpoertation POR - MK

Hi everyone! We just booked a stay at POR for Aug//Sep. Exited!!!

I love the morning opening show at MK (one of my favorite WDW things), and I wonder how early we should be at the bus stop at POR for a 9 AM opening, if we want to be in good time of the opening show on a rather slow day.

I tend to leave my resort by 8am. The buses start getting crowded about 45 mins prior to park openings.

Thank you! We stayed last year at an offsite resort with an shuttle, and we got to MK 5 minutes after the opening. It was ruining the day a bit for me.

I would suggest 15-20 minutes earlier, to be sure of seeing the entire show.

For 9am openings, the MK Welcome Show starts at 8:40. The ride from POR to MK could be up to 20-25 minutes, depending on which stop you're at and whether or not there's a wheelchair to pick up along the way. So if you had to wait 20 minutes for the bus, you'd be arriving just as the show was starting.
