Any suggestions on transfers from LAX to anaheim that would provide car seats? Last year we brought our car seats along but we had my mum and dad with us (this helped with all the luggage). This time it’s just me and hubby and were hoping to avoid bringing them.
My son is 6 and very tall but our laws still require him to be in a car seat, I’m not sure what the laws are in California (he may not even need one).
Any suggestions would be great. In the past we’ve used super shuttle but provided the car seats our selves.

Check out lyft pricing. It looks like $82 will get you a "plus" that seats 4 (making an assumption on family size). Super Shuttle looks like it's $17*4=$68. IMO the convenience is worth the extra $14. The wait for your ride is short, you get the car just for you, and no extra stops.

Thank you I will check this out. Sorry I should have clarified we are a family of four.
Do you know if they provide car seats?

Doh!!! Sorry I ignored your question.

Lyft drivers (or Uber) won't have seats. You'd need to bring your own, which is admittedly a hassle. However, I'm not aware of any transfer/bus service that does have kid seats.

I remember when my DS was finally able to travel without a carseat. It's quite liberating :)

California law states that kids under 8 need a safety seat. At 6, I'd bring a booster. Safety-wise, its appropriate assuming he's not teeny-tiny. They are cheap, and light to fly with.

Thank you for passing on the info about the laws (they are similar to ours).
Do you mean a the half boosters (the ones with no backs and sides). His current booster is the full car seat we just use the adult seat belt instead of the harness.
Those light weight ‘half boosters’ (which would be so conveninent) unfortunately have be deleted from our safety standards here and cannot be purchased anymore.
So we’d be looking at lugging two large car seats with us (along with the rest of our luggage and two children in tow), that’s why we are hoping to find a company that provides them for us.
Than you for your suggestion:)

We used Lansky car service last summer (from SNA but they service LAX too). They will provide car seats if you request them -- last summer they provided a convertible car seat for my younger kid and a booster for my older one. Pricier than Lyft, but for us worth it for the convenience of not having to travel with 2 car seats. Lansky will also include a grocery stop on the way from the airport if you like.

Thank you! I’m thinking we will be needing to bring both seats along.
Haha we have one more year here until he’s out of his seat and couple more for my daughter.

You're welcome! It was a high-back booster (back and sides, uses car's seat belt) if I remember correctly. And their website is golansky.com

Yes, a backless booster. I completely understand trying to avoid bringing them. That being said, I'd be hesitant to go for Lansky's without looking into their seats a bit more, to make sure they will fit the kiddos.

If you can get your hands on a Bubble Bum booster seat...they are ideal for this situation. It is an inflatable low back booster. We used one a few years ago while touring around NYC. It is super easy to blow up and really light to carry around.
