I just saw those yesterday and was wondering the same thing!

I just saw them for the first time a couple of hours ago while at Staples and wondered the same thing. I opted to buy the dark transfers as I'm in the middle of a big project (21 canvas bags for a preschool) and want them all to look the same. I think I'll try the stretchy ones next time.
