transferring work areas

I know that it seems very improbable but for those alum do you know if the program will allow to switch areas? Under what circumstance do they allow,if any?

The only circumstance I have experience with is switching if you are not gelling in a work area. There was an option to move to a different area that was less busy (although same role.)

My daughter was switched from merchandising to hospitality because they could not accomodate her medical needs at her original role.

Im not asking what her medical needs are or anything but was it because of the heat? How did that whole situation go? Was disney mad abouthaving to switch her and how long did it take to get switched?

I worked in a role which required driving vehicles and one of the girls had to be transferred because it was too stressful. She moved into merchandise and it worked out really well for her.

she cannot work outdoors in the heat and she also cannot work alone at a cart,etc. because she needs to have acess to a restroom,among other things. She has a medical form filled out from a dr. listing her restrictions. if you have similar needs you need to send your accomodations in advance.
