Transferring title

Forgive me. I asked this before but was too distraught to follow through. My dues/maintenance fees are getting too much for me. I thought about selling but my family would like me to list them on the titles,and make me an associate. I think I have to go through a FL attorney. What is the first step? Thanks for any help and experiences. There are 7 contracts with one member number.

You can call Member Administration and ask them for the process to gift your contracts to your family members. (You'll have to go through ROFR, but Disney has been good about allowing those to go through). Your family can make you an associate after the transfer is completed.

The easiest way to make the transfer would be to contact a closing company and have them do it for you. It will cost a few hundred dollars.

Do you have a loan on the contract? Are you selling the contract to your family, or giving it to them?
