Transferring Points??

I just did an add on of 25 points and I have a dec use year, so I have 25 points that will expire nov. 30. I was told by MS that I can transfer these points.

My question is - if I transfer these points to a member, do they become the same use year of the other members? Or will they still expire nov. 30?

According to the rules, the are supposed to retain the original use year. That is one thing they are good about tracking in the transfer process. It is spelled right out in your account print out what the use year is of the points that have been transfered in. They are not as good about tracking the home resort that the points belong to.
