Transferring Points

I have never done a transfer before so if I was looking to transfer points to another member, what information would I need from that member to have the transfer done. I know I need to actually talk to MS to do the transfer but do I need more than just their name?

You need their membership number. MS has never actually confirmed who the owners was on the phone, but I provided the last name when I gave the membership number and said to let me know if it didn’t match.

Some CMs have said it must be a 3 way call but I have done it successfully without. I just hung up and called back. Once done, they gave me the confirmation number to give to the other owners.

I simply texted it to them once done. The last time, the CM made sure she could see them in the receiving members account. I have read that now that transfers can be seen online, it shows right away to be verified.
