Transferring points to book questions

I am a resale member - SSR owner
My aunt is a direct member - poly owner

Is she able to transfer me her points (150) for me to book rooms for her and her family, and me and my family at the 11 month mark at SSR?

Or would the transfer points retain the value at poly?
