Transferring Points question

Hi All,

I have a friend who is going to be transferring some points to me. This is the first time I've ever been involved in a point transfer. Would someone please explain to me how that works if you don't mind please. Do we both have to be on the line at the same time to Member Services? Just not sure how this all works.

You can 3-way call if you'd like to, but it's not required. Your friend just needs to have your membership# and full name on the the membership. It would also be a good idea for her to tell MS what approximate dates you are planning to use the transferred points for.
