You are allowed one transfer in or out per Use Year.

If you have two separate memberships, you may be able to transfer from one to another, in addition to transferring to a different person's membership. I had read that was possible and today, MS did allow just that. I had a small contract that had a few points that I wanted to transfer into my other membership and had already done a transfer in the same use year from a different person.
