Transferring Points from one member to another!

Hello, everyone! I'm a newbie. I have a property going through FROR now that I hope will pass next week. My questions is, if I transfer points to another member, what restrictions are put on those points for them? My aunt has her home resort at the Beach Club and I was wondering if she could book me a studio there during our next stay. She will be booking a 2 bedroom and I'd like to add a studio to the reservation. If I transfer her my points, can she use the at the 11 month booking window? My points will hopefully be from the Poly.

No, points retain their use year and home resort-otherwise people would buy the cheapest points possible and do this to book at expensive resorts. Either of you could attempt at 7 months, however.

If she transfers BCV pts to you, then you can book BCV at 11 months with those pts.

If you transfer Poly pts to her, she can book the Poly at 11 months with those pts.

But you can only book BCV at 11 months with BCV pts, and so on... There is no way to cheat with the 11 month window.
