transferring points and UY

I know you can transfer points once per use year...

I have a February Use year and just made an offer on a December UY. We usually vacation in January/Feb so having some points that start prior to our Feb UY will be helpful..I'm not concerned about the 11 month window, so 7months or less work for us.

Here is my question..If I transfer points from my Feb account using 2010 points into my December which has 2009 points.. When could I transfer again? Is it calendar year? like once during 2010, 2011,etc...or is it once per UY?

Does this make sense?
