Transferring luggage?

I'm thinking about booking Pop Century for our first and last night. Will they transfer luggage from there to BWV and vice versa? We'll have a car, but I thought this would save time since both our first and last days hubby wants to get to MGM early for Star Wars weekend. Anyone? Thanks!

Cool. So we just leave the luggage in our room and they'll send it over to bWV? Will they store it or move it to our new room at BWV?

Call bell services to come get your luggage when you are checking out and let them know that you need it sent over to BWV's or to PC (which ever they are going to lol)and they will have it sent over -- they will transfer it and it will be waiting in the luggage storage area of the resort being sent to. When you check in at BWV's let them know that you had it transferred and they will have their bell services retrieve it from storage and brought up to your room.

We did this in January from BCV to AKL -

This was AWESOME! We didn't have to worry about it in the car for the day and it was brought right up to our room at AKL which was pretty far away fromt the elevator.

I only wish we decided to do it again when we went from AKL to OKW. We had a studio on the second floor and lugging a huge suitcase up those stairs was not my favorite part of the trip.

My understanding is that if you have perishable food, you can even ask them to refrigerate it.

I was curious about that myself. My son and his family will stay at PC a few days before we meet up with them on Father's Day at BCV. They will not have a car, so the luggage transfer is a real convenience. I'll make sure I remind him about gratuities.

Yes, luggage transfer is available at all Disney owned resorts.

Shan - We just used this service for the first time between BWV and OKW and were very pleased. We called BWV bell services at 9:00 our check-out day and they promptly came and tagged our stuff and we went onto MK for the day. We arrived to check-in at OKW and called their bell services to bring up our bags. They came over right away. All of our fridge food had been kept cold for us. My DH said it was well worth the tips on both ends. He was very happy he didn't have to lug everything up to the second floor at OKW. We will utilize this service whenever we resort hop.
