Transferring from SSR to BLT at X-mas, what are the chances?

I am booked at Saratoga for 12/20/09 to 1/2/10, what chances do I have of booking BLT/AKV at the 7 month window in May? Any suggestions for a first time Christmas visit to the world?

I would think the chances of getting it would be pretty good if you were willing to waitlist. Every time they declare inventory between May & December, that would mean that more rooms were available to fill Christmas - New Years waitlist requests.

Isn't Kidani pretty big? I would say be glad you have a reservation in place and assume you're staying at SSR. That way you'll be pleasantly surprised if an AKV or BLT waitlist comes through. Good luck!

Thanks PrincessJasmine, that is exactly the way to approach it. I tried booking x-mas about 4 months out for 2008 and there was nothing. So I am excited to know we have something lined up already for 2009. Kidani or Jambo would be a great surprise. If I get BLT, it would really take it over the top. I am willing to do a split stay between resorts so I am hoping the flexibility will make it happen.
