Transferring DL tickets

Hopefully someone here can help me because I am unable to get a CM on the phone to answer this question. I purchased 2 day tickets on 4/15 after 8 1/2 hours only to have my DL mention he preferred 3 days... so I couldn’t figure out how to add a day so I ended up buying a separate 3 day purchase and cancelled the reservations for the 2 day tickets. All I need to know now is if I can get a refund on the 2 days or somehow use them for family? If so, how can I do this?
 
They can refund the tickets. You may be abloe to do that at the ticket booths when you go. Thye might be able to do it over the phone but then you have to wait on the phone till someone answers It took me 3 hours a few weeks agofor someone to answer and then they accidentally hung up on me when they tried to transfer me to someone who could help me with the issue I was calling about. But the person I did talk to before we got disconnected said she could refund my tickets. That just wasnt what I was trying to do.
 
Thank you, that’s good to know. I had to work last weekend and ended up trying to call on my way in since it was so early... first time the queue was open but I was on hold for almost 2 hours, at work, so I couldn’t hold on.
