Transferring a ticket to someone else??

Can I transfer a ticket from my daughter who is on my MDE account to a person who is not on my MDE account but is one of my friends and family members?

Yes. Reassign by using the My Reservations: Ticket & Passes area. The entitlement then is moved to the new person.

Once you transfer the ticket to someone outside of your MDE, you lose control of it. The new owner is the only one who can transfer it afterwards.

And doesn't it have to be an unused ticket?

Yes. Only tickets that haven't been used can be reassigned as many times as necessary until the first use.
