transferred tickets and magic band

I have 2 tickets that are on my MDE account that says that I can transfer them to another Friend or Family member.

I would like to do that and will transfer from my MDE account to theirs, but how will they get a magic band. I do not have any "hard" tickets and they will not be staying onsite to get a magic band with their room reservation. Can a bought magic band be linked to an MDE account so that they can use the tickets?

Otherwise how will they get into the parks without a magic band or a hard ticket?

MagicBands can be linked to the MDE accounts of the new people. You can purchase through the Disney Store and then link the ID from the underside of the band to the MDE.

Or, they can stop by Guest Relations and ask to have hard, plastic tickets for the ticket entitlements in their accounts. Then they won't need MagicBands.
