? Transferred Point Use Year

I need Nov use year points for GF but my use year is Feb at SSR. If I find points with a Nov use year to be transferred into my acct. Will those transferred points still have the Nov use year?

Yes but why would you need a Nov UY for this. It doesn't make any difference on the reservation process as long as the points hit the time you're trying to reserve. It really only makes a difference if you had to change or cancel.

UY really doesn't matter for that as long as you still have the ability to bank them to reach the reservation period other than the insurance aspect if you had to change or cancel.

There is no November use year.

Also, no January, May, or July.

In order to reserve a November, 2015 stay you will need to have VGF points that are valid during that timeframe - which would include Dec-14, Feb-15, Mar-15, Apr-15, Jun-15, Aug-15, Sep-15, and/or Oct-15.

When making the reservation, you will just need to use points that are valid for the dates of the reservation. As already mentioned, Use Year has nothing to do with when you can make the reservation - you will just need to have valid VGF points in your account in order to make a reservation using the 11 Month Reservation Priority.

You can try to find a VGF owner now to transfer points into your February, 2015 Use Year and you will be able to make the reservation yourself right at 11 months in December, 2014.
