Is there any way to transfer to Costco after PIF? I didn’t read the small detail that reservations cannot be paid in full but when we booked the cruise was past PIF date. I’ve read about adding gratuities to the cruise in order to “not” be paid in full. But can I do that with Disney and still transfer to Costco if I’m past the PIF date? Ughh so mad at myself for missing out on almost $1k of Costco cash.

Transferring to a travel agent must occur within 30 days of making the initial reservation and can't occur if a reservation is paid in full. You won't be able to transfer this reservation even if it's within 30 days if it's already paid in full. (That makes sense -- Disney already has your money, so there's no reason for them to pay commission to a travel agent.)
