Transfer Question

Hypothetical:
I have a 25 point contract at BCV and a 290 point contract at SSR. If I transfer 100 points from the SSR contract to the BCV contract can I book BCV at the 11 month mark?

Only using the 25 BCV points. Transferred points retain their home resort and use year.
