Transfer Question

My sister in law owns at BCV. We want to go in Oct. together. She needs a studio and I need a one bedroom. If she books a two bedroom lock off, how do I give her points back from my account. I own at SSR, so does that mean that the points I transfer to her would be SSR points? Thank you so much for your help.

Transfered points retain their home resort and UY. If you book at 7 months, use up the transfered points first. You should be ok.

If my sister in law books this ressie for a two bedroom now (b/c she owns at BC) and I transfer her over some of my points (SSR) can she then at the 7 month mark switch the points and use the transferred points instead of her own. I know this sounds confusing. The reason I am asking is b/c we want to stay together but she loves BC and I don't want her to be stuck with SSR points. Hopefull you understand what I am trying to say. Sorry for the confusion.

She can only switch a BCV reservation from BCV to SSR points at 7 months if there is availability for the room at that time. However, it still may work since some nights may be available (such as Fri & Sat) and she can switch those points, leaving the rest of the reservation in place.
