Transfer question two contracts same membership number

I have two SSR contracts same UY. They are different contract numbers but under the same membership number.

Am I allowed one transfer or two transfers per year?

It’s actually one transfer per membership. In this case, with two contracts of the same UY, that’s one membership. One transfer. Not one per contract.

True, but that’s not the question being asked. You don’t transfer between contracts; you transfer between memberships. The OP has one membership.

Historically it's case by case, basically when you need to for something you can't do otherwise and it uses the transfer for EACH master contract, not just because you want to and it's hit or miss. I presume these are 2 separate masters and when you say under one membership you're talking about being able to see each when you sign in to the webpage. IF they are separate contracts under one master, no transfer necessary.
