Transfer Process

I would like to know what is the transfer process is like? When I signed up for Disneyland, the Attractions position got filled in. I don’t think me cleaning and restocking the kitchen (Stewarding) isn’t my fancy, so I would like to know what is the transferring department process is like. I’m still in my probation period, and I just have a half a point as of recent. I really don’t like my position at all and this one guys has the nerve on saying that “You’ll get the hang of it!” But this job... isn’t fun at all and is not something I’d want to do for most of my life.

I think there may be a better forum for this, but I would finish the probation first before asking to transfer to another department.
