We just did a point transfer into our account and member services is telling us we won't be able to see it online in our member dashboard and that if we want to make a reservation, we have to go through member services and can't book online. Does this sound right to you?

... one time they matched a resort and use year I own so i was able to access them online. Otherwise a simple call to MS will give you all the information you need. I've never found it difficult and is just a part of dealing with transferred points.
