transfer options?Shuttle questions?

We have the DCL transfers booked for our cruise next summer. There are 11 of us. We as of now plan to book 3 rooms at the Hyatt for Friday night and then get on the first shuttle Saturday. How early can we get out on a bus? I'm hoping it helps that 11 of us will fill the bus faster .
Are there any car companies with a vehicle that can hold 11 people (6 adults, 1 teen and 4 kids) and their luggage?

Check with any of the companies usually recommended on these boards: Tiffany, Yourride, Cartier and so on. They have available an 11 - 14 passenger SUV limousine for under $400 r/t. This would amount to less than $20/person each way...
