Transfer of points?

What is the procedure to transfer points to another dvc member? Can't find anything about it in members guide. Has anyone done this or is it not possible?

You can call MS or e-mail members@disneyvacationclub.com. have your member number ready as well as the name and member number of the person you rae transfering to. Tell them how many points and what resort and use year.
