Transfer of points

I know that you can only have one transfer per year (receive or send, not both), but is this per membership or per contract.
Do you need to get the same resort and use year to combine points at 11 months, or only the same resort?

It's per membership. If you have totally separate memberships it's once per membership per UY. The transferred points only have to be from the same home resort and bookable at the time of the desired reservation to be usable in the situation you ask about. The transferred points are supposed to retain their original UY.

The transfer policy is for each unique membership number. If you have a contract with add-ons attached, that is still one contract. If you have more than one member number, you could have one transfer (per Use Year) for each one. If you transferred points from one of your memberships to the other it would use the transfer for both for that Use Year.

You can transfer points from one resort to a contract of another resort, but the transferred points will retain their original Use Year as Dean stated.

You could transfer points from your 2007 OKW membreship today and accept points from another 2008 contract tomorrow and still be within the "once" per Use Year policy since the transfers would involve two different Use Years.
