Transfer of holding points

Hi Everyone, I have * points in a holding account that I probably can't use. I prefer to transfer them. I called member services and was told that I could transfer them. Another disboard member sent me a pm that made me question whether that was the case. So I called again today and was told I could not transfer them.

Does anybody know for sure?? I hate calling MS and getting different answers.

You really need to talk to a supervisor for the finer points about transferring, as the first level CMs do not do very many and there is not a good detailed written policy.. All indications in the past have been that as long as they are current year points that they can be transferred.
