This one has been getting mixed answers. Some people have had success with this, while others have not.
I personally would call Swan/Dolphin (Whichever you stay at) concierge desk and ask.
When you get someone who tells you yes, make note of their name and the date. Then, when the time comes, you have the documentation that you will need to get it done.
