Transfer from port to MCO

Does Disney tell you exactly what time you need to be off the ship to catch the transfer?

The reason I ask is that I was hoping to have breakfast in Cabanas at a little later than the 6:30 am MDR time. What time does Cabanas breakfast end? If we go up around 7:30am for breakfast and then get off ship after eating, will we be ok catching a transfer bus?

You'll be fine. Buses run from port to MCO as they fill. The last bus will depart sometime after 9am, maybe 9:30ish, but will be held until all guests have been accounted for from debarkation.

I believe Cabanas serves until 8am the last morning.
