Transfer for vacation next year..

I posted a few times and I think i have it right but I do have one more question. I know I can have someone transfer pts in now for our trip in Oct 2014. I guess my question is when they transfer into my account I will be banking them for 2014.I just need to make sure they are good after those dates? if they are let's say June 2013 pts and I bank them they should be ok if I bank them for next year. They just have to be the same resort and use year or just the same resort? We have BCV with a Oct use year.

If you are wanting to make a reservation at BCV right at 11 months, transferred points to be used for that reservation must be for BCV. At this time, any BCV points transferred from another member's 2013 Use Year into your 2013 Use Year could be used for a BCV reservation in October, 2014. If the points are from a contract with a 2013 Use Month of anything except December, they would need to be banked in order to use them for a trip in October, 2014. Only points from a December, 2013 Use Year would not need to be banked for a trip in October, 2014.

Yes, any 2013 UY points you get will need to banked and then they will be good for an Oct 2014 trip. The ONLY ones that you would not want to bank would be Dec 2013 UY.

As mentioned, to use at BCV, you need BCV points.
