Transfer code ressie to TA

If I book the code special through CRO can I transfer it over to a TA to handle?

Yes, your TA should have a form for you to sign. THen the TA will submit the form to Disney and they will convert the ressie to the TA.

I booked a trip for Jan 07 myself the day the Jan codes came out. I then transferred it to a TA (dh's union TA), because we got a 5% rebate from them. I had to sign a letter transferring the ressie to them. Worked well, but I had everything all figured out BEFORE I gave them control.

With my current ressie, it is several (like 8) months out. I am going to hold on to control for awhile (I did get a very good code rate). Maybe if it is still possible a few months out, after I am sure nothing will be changed, I will transfer the ressie to get the rebate (if possible). We'll see.
