Transfer a pre-paid ADR to someone else?

Hi! We are thinking of cancelling our CRT reservation and we have a friend going the same day that would like it. As we are linked in MDE, I think I can just make her the primary person on the reservation? And then she could update it to be her family? But then I realized we already paid for this. I can just ask them to pay us back, but is there a way to change it to their credit card? I'm not sure they have the same amount of kids vs. adults as we do, so the cost might be different.

No you can't do that. You can not change the primary person, the mix of adults vs children and you can not change the credit card. This is a new reservation

Depending on the party difference between your friend (provided it's equal or smaller) I would coordinate with your friend to pick up the reservation on the website as soon as you cancel it (preferably a time when it's unlikely someone else might get it first). You do get a refund provided you cancel 48 hrs before your reservation I believe. The refund process does take some time from what I understand.

Just a little warning: I've cancelled and had the ADR time never reappear in the dining system. Sometimes, Disney's restaurants are slightly overbooked because they're anticipating cancellations and they don't re-release some ressies after a certain point.
